Rue Mouffetard

Today I went to Rue Mouffetard, where my best and I stayed at at hostel, three years ago! It was fantastic to visit again and I fell in love with the area, of course {J-we did not explore nearly enough as we should have!}. I took some photos, ate at a Greek restaurant and did a little shopping.

Ah, the Young & Happy. This is where we had "stolen bread" and began our love affair with Rick Steves. Such memories!

This doesn't look very good, but it was quite an enjoyable kebab!

Do you remember this fountain J?

This is where we were kissed by a French man! Oh la la!

Wine bottles are so beautiful!

I adore how they display their goods for sale. It's somewhat of an art.

Okay, maybe it's just me, but aren't these roses stunningly red? I mean, I've never seen roses this red! And the picture doesn't really do it justice. They remind me of Alice in Wonderland when they paint the roses. SO RED!

The most French building!

I fell in love with it! It reminds me of The Aristocats. Yes, the Disney cartoon.

Ah Paris! I wonder if I'll ever stop being amazed at how wonderful of a city it is! C'est merveilleuse!

  1. Just think, if you end up marrying a guy who inexplicably turns poor, fat, bald, stupid and boring, you can always say "At least I had Paris..."
